| Assembling The bag
is made in plaited polyethylene. Colours : red, blue, green or black
according to availability.
The straps (2) of the handles are multicoloured or
in the same colour of the bag. They are fixed to the bag thanks to the
double sawn (3) which determines the upper end of the bag.
a) Side tongue
An elastic tongue (4) (black, multicoloured or the same colour of the bag)
is fixed in the middle of each
handle (2) and inside the bag according to the
drawing below each tongue (4) is fixed to the bag
thanks to the double sawn (3) of the upper end and
inside the bag (picture No. 1*)
One of the tongues has at one of the ends a piece of Velcro (A) and
another piece of Velcro at the other end (B) The pieces of Velcro (A) and
(B) could fasten together hence the elastic tongue (4) could form a loop
(5) when the two pieces of Velcro (A) et (B) are in contact and fixed
together (picture 2*) The other tongue (4) fixed on the opposite side of
the bag is the same as the first one and has two pieces of Velcro too (A)
and (B). However it is fixed on the side of the bag inverting the
positions of the two pieces of Velcro (picture 3
*)
b) Plastron
The plastron is a base (6) sewn on one of the ends of the bag, with a
handle. It is fixed on one of the sides at at the level of the seam of the
bottom of the bag (7), (picture 1*)
It has on each of its sides two pieces of Velcro (8, 8a) and (9, 9a)
precisely placed (picture 5*)
It has two separate purposes:
- When it is on the side it forms an accommodation (10)
in which we could place long objects like
for example bread, newspaper, leaflets (picture 1*)
When not in use it serves to maintain the bag rolled up and facilitate its
storage.
- When the bag is open, it is maintained in position
thanks to the pieces of Velcro (8,8a) which we put on two pieces of
Vecro (11,11a) placed on the side the bag (picture 5*)
- When it is in closed position around the rolled bag it
is maintained in the position thanks to the pieces of Velcro (8,8a) wich
are in contact with the pieces of Velcro (9,9a) (picture 6*)
c) Fasteners of the sides without handles
In order to maintain two bags placed side by side in a trolley, each side
without handle has on its external side a piece of Velcro (13) & (14).
Then each bag has on one of its sides a piece of Velcro which could
cooperate with the piece of Velcro (14) placed on its opposite side (picture
7*)
All the dimensions are on the drawing. The validation of the bag
counter-sample will be effective with the
delivery of ten samples.

d) Dimensions of the rolled bag
* :
Width 8 cm length 30 cm thickness 4 cm The bag is packed in transparent
plastic sheet united at the two ends.
One of these ends has a mean to hang up the bag .
An advertising label is placed around the bag before its introduction in
the sheath.
The weight of the rolled bag is about 110 g
During its use the bag could support about 50 kgs
without breaking.
The elastic fasteners at the level of the handles are in
flat elastic. They couldn’t support weight but they have simply a function
of fastener. They keep the bag open in the trolley. The quick fasteners are
in Velcro and they haven’t a function requiring a particular resistance.
